Gerard Roofing Technologies, Brea, Calif., has leased 41,350 square feet of Skyline 4. The space will house its second manufacturing facility in order to meet the demand for Guardian, its successful stone-coated-steel roofing shingle launched last year. “This new plant is an essential part of our growth strategy,” said Gerard D. Papazian, president of Gerard Roofing Technologies. “Skyline Business Park is an excellent location because it is close to major highways and near the Building Products Division of Gerard’s parent company, Metals USA.”
