Skyline Roofing Partners, an Imperial Capital portfolio company, announced Tuesday that the company added Karey Irwin to its leadership team as vice president, Business Development & Vendor Relations. 

In a news release, Skyline Roofing said Irwin brings with her a wealth of experience within the roofing sector. She spent nearly 10 years in distribution with ABC Supply and, most recently, as a national accounts business development manager at SRS Distribution.    

"Karey has been a key partner for Skyline since inception and we are looking forward to formally bringing her onto the team." said Mike Midgett, CEO of Skyline. 

"We are confident that Karey will be able to leverage her experience and her deep network within the industry to help Skyline partner with the best roofing brands in the country,” Midgett added, “and to continue fostering strong relationships with our industry partners."

Adina Notto, a partner at Imperial Capital, stated that the middle market firm is optimistic about Skyline's performance in establishing its brand, and Irwin’s inclusion adds to the narrative.

Based in Atlanta, Skyline Roofing Partners is a residential roofing and exterior services platform founded in 2023 that aims to build a platform of residential roofing brands by partnering with local and regional leaders across the U.S. 

On her hire, Irwin said she was excited to join Skyline at this point in its trajectory.
