It is with deep sadness that the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) announces the passing of Rodney Naucke, a former President of the Association and a respected leader in the roofing industry. Nauck served MRCA with dedication and integrity, giving his time and leadership to support the Association’s mission and its members.

During his tenure as President, Naucke provided steady guidance and helped strengthen the organization for future generations of contractors. He was known as a principled professional and trusted colleague whose willingness to serve left a lasting impression on those who worked alongside him.

Beyond his leadership role, Naucke's contributions to the roofing industry extended well beyond his time in office. He exemplified the values of service, professionalism, and community that MRCA strives to uphold.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Roebuck Chapel, First United Methodist Church, 200 North 15th Street, Fort Smith, Ark.

On behalf of the MRCA Board of Directors, staff, and membership, the Association extends its sincere condolences to Naucke's family, friends, and colleagues. He will be remembered with respect and gratitude for his leadership and service to MRCA and the roofing industry.
