Skybound Service Partners, a commercial roofing services platform backed by Garnett Station Partners, announced the appointment of Joe Dougherty as CEO. 

Dougherty joins Skybound from Epika Fleet Services, a national provider of vehicle maintenance and repair services for commercial fleets, where he served as CEO. Under Dougherty's leadership, Epika was among the fastest-growing businesses in the commercial fleet services industry, completing more than 10 acquisitions of founder-led businesses and driving impressive organic growth across its network of partner companies. Prior to Epika, Dougherty served in CEO, COO and executive-level roles at Dickinson Fleet Services, GE and Caterpillar.

The Skybound platform includes Roof Technology Partners, a leading commercial roofing contractor headquartered in Atlanta, with a recently opened location in Houston, Texas, and Quality Trusted Commercial Construction & Roofing, a commercial re-roofing and maintenance services provider based in Minneapolis, Minn. 

Skybound’s continued expansion is backed by Garnett Station Partners, a New York-based principal investment firm that manages approximately $4 billion of assets.
