of consumer (no) confidence. It was sure nice of Time magazine to run a cover feature on why homeownership is such a
terrible thing and is to blame for everything from the recession to that
slimy-oily discharge you may get when taking certain prescription drugs (Time, September 6, 2010:”The Case Against Homeownership”). It begins
with the pompous statement, “Homeownership has let us down.” I guess the 25 percent unemployment in the construction industry does not bother these elitist
you-know-what’s.
