I can’t believe another new year is sneaking up on us.

The first time I remember meeting Reid Ribble was at an IRE show where he was taking on all comers at a pink ping-pong table. 

Building off the buzz from another successful show in February, the 2013 International Roofing Expo [IRE] recently staged its annual Early Space Draw, assigning 75 percent of the total show floor.

At this year’s International Roofing Expo, OMG Roofing Products once again held a silent auction for custom painted productivity tools – a PaceCart2, a RhinoBond Induction Welder and an AccuTrac tool – to raise funds for charity.

One of my duties as editorial director for Roofing Contractor is to serve on an advisory board for the International Roofing Expo (IRE).

 The editors of Roofing Contractor see a lot of new products, so once a year after some of the big trade shows we put our heads together to single out some of the industry’s most recent innovations.

 On Tuesday, Feb. 21, one day before the 2012 International Roofing Expo officially opened, attendees and exhibitors rolled up their sleeves.

It wasn’t a hurricane but the 2012 International Roofing Expo® that took Orlando by storm in late February.
