Dan Rice has taken the reigns at Bon Tool Company as national sales manager and will oversee Bon’s sales leads, initiatives, and local and national accounts, including the company’s in-house customer service team and sales representatives.

In a Jan. 4 news release, Bon Tool said the move, which took effect at the end of last month, has been greeted with great expectations. Rice is local to Western Pennsylvania and studied both business and marketing at Clarion University, graduating in 1992. He brings more than three decades of sales and business development expertise. Rice worked as a Partner with Rice Associates, a manufacturing representative firm in Pittsburgh, Pa.

“We are excited to welcome Dan to our team,” said Paul Bender, Bon Tool’s product marketing and communications manager. “His wealth of experience and proven track record in sales will enhance our strategies and strengthen our existing relationships with partners and customers.”

Rice’s inaugural event with Bon will be at the World of Concrete Tradeshow, Jan. 23-25, in Las Vegas. The company said he is “excited to connect with everyone and looks forward to building lasting relationships” within the industry.

Bon will be active at World of Concrete at Booth No. S10547, showcasing its product offerings and new additions for 2024.
