ABC Supply Co., Inc., North America’s largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other building supplies, announced it had opened a branch in the south Georgia city of Valdosta, about 120 miles north of Tallahassee, Fla.

The location, which opened at 1500 Commerce Dr., will be managed by Andrew Dyer and operate weekdays from 7 a.m.-4 p.m., the company said in a Nov. 2 news release.  

Dyer, who has been with ABC Supply for nearly a decade, has held various roles within the company, including working as a warehouse lead, inside salesperson and delivery services manager, all of which ABC says have prepared him for his new position in Valdosta. 

“We are excited to bring ABC Supply’s high-quality products and expert service to the Valdosta market,” said Frank Marcoccio, ABC’s Southeast Region vice president. “Andrew and his team look forward to helping the many contractors in the area achieve their business growth goals.”
