The brainchild of NWiR’s Recruitment Committee, RoofingIsWomen.org, has been designed to broaden the reach for more women to build long-term careers, according to an Oct. 31 news release.
Aligning with the group’s mission to “empower, inspire, and connect” women in roofing, NWiR is addressing the industry’s talent gap and gender disparity head-on, and NWiR says RoofingIsWomen.org is a crucial step toward achieving this goal.
