OC Announces Second-Quarter Dividend Payment
Owens Corning has enjoyed steady growth over the last several quarters and, on June 15, announced it would be delivering dividend payments of $0.52 per common share for the second quarter of 2023. Dividends will be payable on August 4.
Owens Corning, the global building and construction materials leader, announced on June 15 that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.52 per common share. The dividend will be payable on August 4, 2023, to shareholders of record as of July 17, 2023.
The company, listed on the NYSE (OC), closed the week up more than a point after the dividend payment was announced. Markets were closed on Monday, June 19, for the Juneteenth federal bank holiday. OC opened trading on Tues., June 20, up and, at press time, was trading at $124.94 per share, an increase of 2.28%.
The company said future dividend declarations would be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors and based on the company’s earnings, financial condition, cash requirements, future prospects and other factors.
