MFM Building Products Wins Regional ‘Small Manufacturer Excellence Award’
Waterproofing and weather barrier products manufacturer recognized by Eastern Ohio Development Alliance

MFM Building Products, a Coshocton, Ohio-based manufacturer of waterproofing and weather barrier products for the building industry was selected as the 2023 recipient of the Eastern Ohio Development Alliance’s Small Manufacturer Excellence Award at the trade organization’s annual meeting in April.
In a news release, EODA, formed in 1990 to promote economic development in a 16-county region hugging the mid-eastern part of Ohio, said part of this year’s award was for recognition of MFM’s growth through the company’s “Expansion Project,” industry accolades, its community involvement. The company also won the Coshocton Chamber of Commerce 2023 Community Improvement award earlier this year.
MFM Building Products, founded in 1961, is an employee-owned stock options company where “…the employees take great pride in the quality of their work and are involved in a wide variety of community organizations,” the news release stated.
