Feazel COO Shares Steps to Success

Ohio-based Feazel Roofing was arguably at the top of the roofing industry, coming off of RC’s 2021 Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year award, and back-to-back years of record-setting revenue. But company leaders weren’t satisfied and laid the groundwork for major changes that are underway and having an impact. The company just announced its latest acquisition of Music City Roofers, moving into the Tennessee market.

Feazel COO Katie Ruberto breaks down the importance of continually improving your roofing process and how to implement changes in this brief video with RC. Document what you’re doing today, and assessing it from an employee’s point of view as well as that of your customers is important to identify any gaps.

“Start with evaluating the simple steps, and then you take a look a look at from a different lens,” Ruberto explained. “You can see what’s working, what’s not working and then formulate a plan.”
