SANTA ROSA, Calif. — Construction is currently underway in Los Angeles, Calif. and North Salt Lake, Utah as FlashCo implements expansion plans for the first quarter of 2021. FlashCo will be moving its existing Los Angeles plant located in Downey to a new larger location in neighboring South Gate.

The new FlashCo plant in North Salt Lake will replace an existing “public” warehouse. The South Gate facility will be more than double the size of the existing location.

“The Los Angeles and San Diego markets have been booming for FlashCo,” said Greg Morrow, FlashCo president. “We’ve outgrown our existing space and we’re investing in more space, people, and equipment so that we can keep up with demand in the market and continue to grow.”

The new North Salt Lake plant will be a production facility supporting FlashCo’s private label partners and roofing distributors in the region. Like all FlashCo plant locations, the North Salt Lake facility will include local delivery truck services.

“The Utah market has been consistently strong,” said Bill Bartell, FlashCo director of sales. “Having our own manufacturing plant in this location
will allow us to provide our full line of not just standard but custom accessories, while making good on our brand promise to save the contractor time.”

The addition of the North Salt Lake facility will be FlashCo sixth manufacturing plant. Additional plant locations are in Northern California, Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, Chicago, and Atlanta/Charlotte areas. FlashCo also maintains a warehouse located in New Mexico.
