National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is looking forward to the near future, where women roofing professionals can gather in person to connect with like-minded women during the 4th Annual NWIR Day.

The one-day conference, which precedes and is planned in conjunction with the International Roofing Expo, will take place Aug. 8, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Las Vegas. The event provides a space where women can gather with colleagues to learn about the latest business strategies and tactics and share their secrets to success.

Aside from networking opportunities, presentations take place throughout the day, giving attendees the opportunity to attend whichever sessions they choose. Topics include business development, communications, career development, mentoring and recruitment. Attendees can also learn about the latest in roofing technology, participate in hands-on demonstrations and view a safety wear fashion show. The event concludes with a fun evening activity.

Registration includes a light breakfast, lunch, snacks and evening activity. The first 300 registrants will receive a swag bag of gifts from the event's sponsors.

The International Roofing Expo announced it is holding a virtual event in March and a physical event in August. It previously changed the dates from April 14-16 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
