WADSWORTH, Ohio — SOPREMA®, a leader in the roofing, waterproofing, wall protection and civil engineering industries, hosted a grand opening event for their new resin production plant at the company’s Wadsworth, Ohio campus on Feb. 21. The event featured a chance for customers, partners and other to enjoy food, drink, live music, networking and in-depth tours of the new facility.

The new 21,600-square-foot building located next to company headquarters is already being used for state-of-the-art manufacturing of resin for roofing and waterproofing products, offering shorter lead times and additional products for customers across North America. The plant has also already resulted in new jobs for the community and will continue to benefit the area in coming months and years.

SOPREMA is taking immediate advantage of the new facility not only from a production standpoint, but for training, as well. The grand opening celebration also kicked off a consultant forum and contractor training, showcasing the resin plant’s amenities and capabilities. Attendees have the chance to learn about the company and its products, see product demonstrations and gain hands-on experience with various materials.
