Joseph Cisar is the new account and operations manager for Burns & Scalo Roofing Co.’s Ohio branch. He will serve as liaison between the sales and operations departments to ensure the best customer experience possible. He will be responsible for evaluating the company’s internal processes, including sales, operations and other customer-facing functions — and making recommendations for improved efficiency.

Jessica Scalo is the new director of marketing for Scalo Inc. serving all the Scalo companies. She’s responsible for finding the optimum mix of marketing strategies to develop and manage promotional campaigns, public relations, trade shows, sponsorships, digital media and other communications programs. Scalo is the daughter of company President and CEO Jack Scalo.
