SCHOOLCRAFT, Mich. — Chem Link has announced the formation of a new six-person board of directors to help fuel the environmentally conscious company’s strategic growth opportunities, according to Phil Georgeau, principal owner and chief technology officer.

“We asked leaders in their fields to serve on the Chem Link board, and help establish Chem Link as a brand for the Americas and beyond with a continuing emphasis on product superiority, the human aspects of our technology and a cleaner environment,” said Georgeau. “Chem Link is an American success story. We are achieving outstanding growth with our innovative products, but we need to leverage more expertise to meet the aggressive goals we have set for 2020.”

The board of directors, seated May 2, consists of business professionals as well as experts from the construction, OEM and sealants/adhesives/coatings industries.

“Each of these individuals meets a specific growth need for our company as we diversify and execute our strategy. There is no doubt Chem Link possesses the talent and drive to reach our goals, but we will move more quickly with the expertise offered by our new board,” Georgeau said.
