MOBILE, Ala. — American WeatherStar (AWS) has promoted Kristin Dixon to the position of director, Business Development Center for all of its roof coatings, spray foam and single-ply roofing materials divisions.

After starting with AWS as an account executive, Dixon quickly showed everyone how well she knows marketing from a business-to-business point of view. “Kristin has an innate sense of marketing that is integral to helping our Approved Dealers succeed,” said AWS President Brian O’Donnell. “Kristin understands the process of reaching qualified prospects and uniting them with qualified roofers.”

In her new position, Dixon will be managing all aspects of the AWS Call Center including quality assurance, employee training, telemarketing, and customer service. O’Donnell continued, “One of the biggest challenges we face is providing a Dealer Marketing Program that runs as well as our products work, and Kristin’s keen professional intuition has proven to be a real time game changer. We are excited to have her in this leadership role.”
