JOPLIN, Mo. —TAMKO Building Products Inc. has teamed up with EagleView Technologies to offer a new aerial measurement tool to contractors enrolled in TAMKO’s Pro Certified Contractor program. Contractors will now be able to offer professional and customized roof measurement reports to their customers. These reports use 3-D modeling to create measurements as well as easy-to-read diagrams and summary tables.

“The EagleView reports will increase the accuracy of material ordering and production planning on each project,“ said Stephen McNally, TAMKO vice president of sales and marketing.  “This will give contractors a competitive advantage in a competitive marketplace.”

EagleView also offers an aerial measurement app for the iPhone, Android and iPad. With the EagleView app, contractors will have timely roof measurements with pitch, square footage, lineal footage and more on most houses from their mobile devices or tablets. The app offers users the ability to easily place new orders for reports anytime, anywhere with a photo image from their mobile devices or tablets, while also being able to receive completed report orders as soon as they are ready. Contractors can usually access report measurements from current and past projects and check the status of pending orders.
