Give Back to San Antonio Through Community Service day

IRE show participants are encouraged to register now, arrive in South Texas a day early, roll up their sleeves and give back to the San Antonio community by participating in Community Service Day’s home renovation and revitalization project.

Held Monday, Feb. 4, from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., volunteers are needed from a variety of construction disciplines to help repair the homes of unemployed and disabled families. All skill levels are needed from professional to skilled to amateur.

There is a $25 fee that includes lunch and transportation. Donations are also needed in the form of money, as well as products and materials to help with the renovations.

This gratifying day is sponsored by Sika Sarnafil and held in conjunction with Rebuilding Together San Antonio.
