MRCA Convention Makes Connections in Illinois 1
Visiting on the tradeshow floor are TAMKO’s Neil Robinson, Kurt Steinkuhler (Geo. Groh & Sons, Emporia, Kan.), Kurt Baumgartner (Martin Roofing Co., Wichita, Kan.) and TAMKO’s Bill Riley.

ROSEMONT, Ill. — The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) held its 62nd Annual Conference Oct. 26-28 in Rosemont, Ill. The theme of the event was “Making Connections,” which was quite apt, as there was a strong emphasis on networking — with both contractor peers and other industry players. More than 60 exhibitors filled the tradeshow floor with the latest products and technologies designed to improve contractors’ bottom lines. A broad range of timely educational seminars were presented, keeping attendees up-to-date on the latest industry happenings. And, of course, there were ample opportunities to socialize and make those connections — both new and rekindled.

Next year, MRCA looks to “Steer the Future,” when its 63rd Annual Conference convenes in Grapevine, Texas, Dec. 5-7.
