Lowe’s Companies, Inc. has entered into an agreement with CertainTeed Corporation that will supply CertainTeed branded building materials to various regions of the United States starting in the third quarter of fiscal year 2010.

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. has entered into an agreement with CertainTeed Corporation, a leading North American manufacturer of building materials. The agreement will supply CertainTeed branded building materials to various regions of the United States starting in the third quarter of fiscal year 2010.

On Oct.1, Lowe’s will launch selected CertainTeed branded interior building products in limited Midwest and Western United States stores. Expanding in January 2011, Lowe’s expects to offer various colors of CertainTeed’s highly popular Landmark, XT 25 and CT 20 asphalt roofing shingles, as well as complementary accessories in select Lowe’s stores throughout Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
