The Garland Company Inc. recently introduced a very low odor version of its Energizer liquid-applied restoration membrane product. The new product, Energizer LO, is a fast-curing, asphaltic polyurethane membrane designed to restore smooth-surfaced SBS, APP, and built-up roofing systems, significantly delaying tear-off and replacement costs. It provides an extra 65 to 78 dry mils of waterproofing and UV resistance to an aging roof system. It’s very low levels of VOC make it ideal for schools, food processing facilities, and anywhere that odors would be a problem. It can be applied with brush, squeegee, or spray without disruption to a building’s occupants. Because Energizer LO liquid-applied membrane is fast-curing, a reflective coating can be applied within 15 to 30 days.For more information, call 800-321-9336 or visit www.garlandco.com.
