SEATTLE - Ted Jorve, President of Jorve Roofing, gathered 144 friends together in June for the 7h Annual Jorve Charity Open golf tournament at Harbour Pointe Golf Club in Mukilteo, Wash., and raised nearly $56,000. Since its inception, the Jorve Open has raised over $200,000 for Children’s Hospital in Seattle.

Jorve presented a check to representatives of Dr. Stanley Stamm, in support of Stanley Stamm Summer Camp. The camp hosts patients of Seattle’s Children’s Hospital, ages 6 to 14 years, who have medical needs that prevent them from attending similar camps. For over 23 years, Jorve has contributed to organizations dedicated to aiding children. Besides Children’s Hospital, those groups include The Forgotten Children’s Foundation, Friends of Youth, Seattle University, The Therapeutic Riding Center, and Little League Baseball.
