ABC Supply Co. Inc. and Cameron Ashley Building Products jointly announce that the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement for ABC Supply to purchase 29 CABP distribution centers.

ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, Wis., and Cameron Ashley Building Products Inc., Greenville, S.C., jointly announce that the two companies have entered into a definitive agreement for ABC Supply to purchase 29 CABP distribution centers. These centers are located in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Mountain and Western regions. The sites included in the agreement are all “one-step” distribution centers that sell roofing, siding and related exterior building products directly to professional contractors. The terms of the agreement are not disclosed.

“We are extremely pleased and excited to have the associates and customers of these 29 locations become part of the ABC family,” says David Luck, president and chief operating officer of ABC Supply. “They are a great addition to our existing store base and a natural fit for our current growth plans. We are working very closely with our counterparts at Cameron Ashley to ensure a smooth transition for customers and associates and are confident there will be no disruption to customer service during this transition period.”
