PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. - MetalForming Inc. announced that the company will make strategic additions and promotions to its management team. "We have enjoyed exceptional growth in the past year as a result of the increasing use of architectural metals in the building industry and improved technology in the metal fabricating business," said Geoff Stone, president of MetalForming. "We are adding people to manage that growth and to allow MetalForming to continue to be the leader in meeting customer needs."

Stone announced that Lt. Cmdr. William "Bill" Wilkins, who retired as a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Navy's submarine service, has been named vice president of operations.

"Bill has just the right skills we need to streamline our services in logistics operations," Stone said. "Our customers depend on us to have the machinery and technological know-how available when and where they need it. Bill's vast experience will take us to the next level in service."

Stone also announced the promotion of Art Vlastnik to vice president of sales. With a career spanning 30 years in the sheet metal machinery industry, Vlastnik has been a sales engineer for the past five years. Prior to joining MetalForming, he was president of RAS Systems.

Bringing a wealth of experience to the MetalForming sales team are Dale Kroskey, named vice president of Rollforming Technology, and Ronnie Ratliffe, sales engineer. Formerly with Formtek Industries and Yoder Manufacturing, Kroskey will be responsible for growing the roll-form technology side of the business.

The company also announced that Abigail Stone has been promoted to the newly created position of manger of human resources. She will be responsible for managing benefits offered by the company as well as recruiting and training new employees.
