FirstRidge Service Partners recently named veteran roofing supply executive Erik Zadrozny as its new chief revenue officer. Zadrony was among the first handful of corporate executives hired at Beacon more than 20 years ago. He started in marketing and spent nearly the past five years as vice president of sales.

His appointment further strengthens FirstRidge’s highly experienced management team, including CEO Seth Wartak and CFO Mark DuRei, who bring robust platform building, integration and services experience to the company, according to a news release.

"Erik brings a unique combination of roofing industry expertise, commercial leadership, and technology-driven growth experience," Wartak said in the release. "As we scale FirstRidge, his ability to combine best-in-class sales practices with modern technology enablement will be instrumental in helping our partner brands accelerate growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.”

FirstRidge is a platform of best-in-class residential roofing and restoration specialists in the United States backed by Garnett Station Partners.

Earlier this week, FirstRidge officials announced the acquisition of Weddle & Sons, Inc., a Kansas-based residential roofing contractor. That addition was the eighth roofing brand to join the platform since 2023 and now grows FirstRidge's footprint into 11 states.

"What attracted me to FirstRidge is its commitment to helping exceptional local contractors grow without losing what made them successful in the first place," Zadrozny said. "The future of our industry will be driven by companies that combine entrepreneurial leadership with best-in-class technology, data and customer-centric innovation. FirstRidge is uniquely positioned to provide its partner brands with those capabilities while preserving the local relationships, culture and reputation that customers trust. I’m excited to help build a technology-enabled growth platform that empowers our brands to accelerate growth and deliver a premium experience throughout the homeowner journey."
