Chinook Launches Integrated Building Assessment Service
New approach evaluates entire envelope

FIFE, Wash. — Chinook Building Envelope Services has launched Envelope 360, a building envelope assessment service that evaluates roofing, waterproofing and wall systems as a single integrated system.
The company said the service is designed to provide building owners, developers and facility managers with a unified assessment of building envelope performance and potential risks.
Envelope 360 combines drone imaging, thermal diagnostics and on-site inspections into a single report intended to identify issues such as moisture intrusion, air leakage and insulation gaps that may not be visible through conventional inspections.
“Envelope 360 is our commitment to seeing the entire building envelope as one system — not isolated trades,” Chinook President Duane Hadley said. “By combining inspection, diagnostics, and solution planning into a single, actionable deliverable, we help our clients make faster, more informed decisions with less risk.”
According to the company, the service provides assessments across roofing, wall and waterproofing systems, along with diagnostic data and visual reporting intended to help stakeholders determine maintenance and repair priorities.
Chinook Building Envelope Services is an employee-owned contractor specializing in roofing, waterproofing, wall systems and building envelope projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. The company was named an RC Top 100 roofing contractor in 2023.
