ABC Supply Taps Veteran Leaders for Regional Management Roles
ABC Supply taps three longtime associates for leadership roles overseeing operations across Canada and key U.S. markets

ABC Supply is strengthening its leadership team as it enters the second half of 2026, naming three veteran associates to management roles overseeing operations across Canada and key U.S. regions. The appointments place experienced company leaders in positions supporting branch performance, customer service and growth initiatives throughout the distributor's North American network.
Michelle Dagenais was promoted to managing director of ABC Supply’s Canadian operations, effective April 1. Dagenais joined the company in 2023 as an exterior products business manager and was named Western Canada district manager in 2024. In her new role, she will oversee operations across Canada, working with branch managers, sales teams and vendors to support growth and customer service.
Also effective April 1, Ryan Morgan was promoted to manager of ABC Supply’s South Central District. Morgan joined the company in 2012 as an outside sales representative and later became branch manager of the Garland, Texas, location. As district manager, he will oversee 20 locations across Illinois and Missouri.
ABC Supply also promoted Josh McCarty to district manager of its Rocky Mountain District, effective April 6. McCarty joined the company in 2005 as an inside sales associate and advanced through several leadership roles, including branch manager and managing partner. He will now oversee 17 locations across Colorado, New Mexico, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming.
