Dallas-based Roofing Talent America bills itself as a strategic partner instead of a conventional recruitment firm and, in a Feb. 10 news release, said it works with “exceptional individuals” it sources and then places in employment.
"Most roofing company owners are working twice as hard as they should, turning down lucrative projects because they can't staff them while watching their best people burn out," says Roofing Talent America CEO Luke McCormack.
"We're not here to be another recruitment vendor,” he adds. “We're here to transform how A-player companies build A-player teams fundamentally."
Roofing Talent America says it distinguishes itself as the sole talent acquisition firm integrated within the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA), and Roofing Alliance.
The company asserts its solutions take a unique approach. Unlike other recruiters, Roofing Talent America says it uses targeted strategies like “Specialized Headhunting, Executive Search and Strategic Market Analysis.”
The company says it is establishing “entire divisions and developing new branches from the ground up.” Roofing Talent America says each placement is thoroughly vetted for technical proficiency and cultural compatibility to foster genuine growth within the roofing industry.
The firm says it accomplishes within 28 days what other firms take 43 days to accomplish and asserts that its retention rate of 96% demonstrates its placement effectiveness after one year.
The company added that it also focuses on developing succession plans and mergers and acquisitions opportunities that significantly transform businesses.
“When your estimator is drowning in work, your project managers are overwhelmed, and you're personally handling tasks you should have delegated years ago, you don't need another recruiter,” McCormack said.
“You need a strategic partner who understands the commercial roofing industry as deeply as you do — and knows how to identify the A-players who will drive your business forward," he added.
Roofing Talent America also stressed its discretion with the partnerships it forms with clients.
