Peak Roofing Partners, a portfolio company of Exuma Capital Partners, announced on Tuesday that Ryan Krantz has been hired as the Director of Operations. 

In this new role, Peak said that Krantz will enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s rapid growth strategy through future acquisitions. His responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, focusing on streamlining processes and driving operational excellence across the Peak Roofing Family of Companies. 

“Ryan's expertise in optimizing operations and maximizing team performance aligns perfectly with our growth objectives,” said Anthony Perera, Peak Roofing’s founder. “His leadership will be crucial as we continue to grow and integrate additional companies into the Peak Roofing family.”

Krantz brings 20 years of experience in executive operations and project management to the job. His background includes leadership roles in industries like construction, legal services, marketing and financial services. 

His most recent position was chief operating officer at a start-up financial services firm in First Party Property claims, where he helped guide it to substantial revenue and size increases.
