3MG Solutions of Fla. Secures Equity Infusion from Bayview Asset Management
Investment will help drive growth in residential and commercial roofing markets

3MG Solutions, a Winter Park, Fla.-based provider of residential and commercial roofing services across the Sunshine State, announced last week that it has secured a “substantial investment” from a fund managed by Bayview Asset Management, LLC.
3MG described Bayview's capital infusion in a Nov. 21 news release as the way to drive the company’s growth in residential and commercial roofing. The founding team also retains significant rollover interest and remains dedicated to scaling the business to the next level.
“When we started 3MG Roofing and Solar a short time ago, our vision was much bigger than simply launching a new roofing company,” said 3MG founder and CEO Kyle Matheny. “This investment in 3MG is powerful validation of our unique approach, and we are incredibly excited about how this investment strengthens our plans to become a national roofing company.”
Sidley Austin served as legal counsel, and William Blair & Company, LLC was Bayview's financial advisor in this transaction. Foley & Lardner served as legal counsel to 3MG, and Raymond James acted as its financial advisor. Terms were not disclosed.
