Triangle Fastener Corporation acquired Pro Fastening Systems, expanding its U.S. footprint to 31 branches and adding specialized construction fasteners and waterproofing products.
With the acquisition of the company on Aug. 1, TFC expands its coverage in the Bay Area by providing customers local access to the complete line of Triangle Fastener products and services.
