Aluminum and building products distributor Town & Country Industries, a division of ABC Supply Co., has acquired the assets of Mobile, Ala.-based Aluminum Products Wholesale, LLC, a company founded in 2006.

Aluminum Products Wholesale, a company specializing in the distribution of aluminum products for remodeling, pool enclosures, gutters and windows, was launched in 2006 by Jeff and Todd Shepherd, according to a June 17 ABC Supply Co. news release 

“We’re happy to welcome the Aluminum Products Wholesale team and customers to our ABC Supply family,” said Dan Gaddini, managing director of divisional branch operations at ABC Supply. “The new location is Town & Country’s first in Alabama and will allow us to strengthen our relationships with contractors in the Gulf Coast region.”

Aluminum Products Wholesale associates will continue to work at the Mobile location, providing a seamless transition for existing customers. Town & Country Industries is a wholesale distributor of aluminum and building products. Town & Country currently has more than 30 locations in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
