Each year, Roofing Contractor has the tough but welcomed task of choosing residential and commercial roofing contractors that stand out from the rest of their peers to honor as Contractors of the Year. These are roofing contractors that employ best practices, take care of their employees and communities alike, go above and beyond to satisfy customers and excel at delivering high-quality workmanship.

Contractors faced major challenges this year that could make or break them, including the COVID-19 pandemic, supply issues, civil unrest and historic weather events. Two of those contractors not only survived, but thrived in these times, and RC was proud to honor them as the 2020 Contractors of the Year: Empire Roofing and ARS Roofing, Gutters & Solar. Due to the pandemic, RC was unable to host its annual Best of Success conference as planned, where the winners are announced and given their awards.
