AccuLynx Releases New Features to Help Roofing Contractors Manage Projects Remotely
AccuLynx announced the launch of new features — including automated emails, texting, payment processing, and homeowner financing — that give roofing contractors the ability to collaborate effectively and service more homeowners while working remotely.
AccuLynx software helps roofing contractors manage every aspect of their job from a single, cloud-based application. It combines customer relationship management and project management functionality with tools to support the roofing sales and production process, including estimating, photo-sharing, aerial measurements, material ordering, and labor scheduling.
New features recently added to the system let contractors trigger automated notifications via email and text message. This makes it easier to keep other team members, insurance adjusters and customers informed throughout a project and reduces the need for in-person site visits.
The company also introduced payment processing and an integrated point-of-sale financing option.
AccuPay is a secure way for contractors to process credit card and ACH transactions online or over the phone. It eliminates the need for contractors to collect paper checks in person and allows companies to access payment funds faster.
Integrated financing provided by GreenSky® helps contractors overcome cost-related barriers in the sales process by offering a loan through AccuLynx. The quick application process, which provides immediate notification of credit decisions, can be completed online or over the phone so contractors can move contracts forward without having to meet with homeowners to complete loan paperwork.
