ROSEMONT, Ill.—The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) will hold eight business management webinars beginning in November. By participating in the webinars, roofing contractors will be able to expand current business practices and learn new ideas that can immediately be implemented into their companies. The webinars are available individually or can be purchased as a package at a discounted price.

Each webinar will begin at 2 p.m. CST on its scheduled date. The first webinar, Creating a Marketing Plan, will be held Nov. 2. Additionally, When OSHA Comes Calling will be held Nov. 16; Customer Relations and Satisfaction will be held Nov. 30; Maintenance Programs will be held Dec. 14; Setting Up a Job Folder will be held Jan. 11, 2012; International Green Construction Codes will be held Jan. 25; Getting Paid will be held Feb. 8; and Recruiting and Hiring will be held Feb. 29.

The Business Management Webinar Package, which includes all eight webinars at a discounted price, is $350 for NRCA members and $500 for non-members. Individual webinars are $55 for NRCA members and $75 for non-members.
