“We organized the site into four sections, each tailored to meet the distinctly varied needs of homeowners, contractors, building owners and architects,” said Katharine Boyle, Marketing Operations for BASF. “Whether you are a homeowner looking for more information about BASF COMFORT FOAM® closed-cell SPF insulation or an architect needing technical data about BASF ELASTOSPRAY® roofing systems for commercial buildings, we have created an easy path for you to find what you need quickly.”
With the new design, BASF customers and visitors will find that economy and function replace raw information and scattered blocks of text. Easy to find brochures, project profiles, videos and images make finding the right energy-saving BASF SPF application, an energy-efficient process.
But efficiency is not a new concept to BASF. A 2009 Eco-Efficiency Analysis Study that looked at both environmental and economic impacts over the lifecycle of the home, found that spray polyurethane foams, such as BASF’s COMFORT FOAM®, SPRAYTITE® and WALLTITE®closed-cell SPF, and ENERTITE® open-cell SPF, are more eco-efficient than the traditional insulation alternatives.
