Malarkey Roofing Products, Portland, Ore., announced the acquisition and initial operation of a new production facility in South Gate, Calif. The day-to-day operations at the southern region production facility will be led by Rudy Penalosa, plant manager, and Herbert Malarkey, business manager.
In other news from Malarkey, the company announced creation of a new customer service department. Headed by Lora Richardson, the new department will be responsible for order operations, shipping of customer orders, enhanced logistics and sales support.
