Shingle Tomb has secured a U.S. patent for its customizable roofing keepsake product as the company expands its contractor network and distribution footprint across the United States.

The Louisville, Ky.-based company announced that U.S. Patent No. 12,630,329 B2 was issued May 19, 2026, covering its proprietary product design and technology.

Shingle Tomb markets the product as a way for roofing contractors to preserve information about a completed roofing project while leaving homeowners with the contractor's branding and contact information.

According to the company, Shingle Tomb has partnered with hundreds of roofing contractors in the U.S. and Canada. Each unit can be customized with a contractor's branding, contact information and details about the homeowner's roofing system.

The company is also working with roofing manufacturers to incorporate the product into their marketing programs, positioning the keepsake as another way for manufacturers and contractors to maintain brand visibility after a roofing project is completed.

Shingle Tomb said its products are now available through a growing distributor network that includes SRS Distribution, Reese Wholesale and Corken Steel locations across the country. The company said it manufactures and ships the products from the United States.
