ABC Supply Co. announced Fran Jackson and Mike Ford as the 2026 recipients of the Ken Hendricks Award. Named after its co-founder, the award symbolizes the company’s highest honor and is handed out annually in recognition of the individual's value-driven leadership.

Jackson is the managing partner of ABC Supply’s Malvern, Penn., location. Ford is based in Texas and is the Southwest Region operations manager. Both were nominated by their peers for the positive impact they have on their teams and for consistently leading in ways that reflect ABC Supply’s Core Values.

“What makes ABC Supply special are the people behind it,” said Mike Jost, president and chief operating officer at ABC Supply. “Fran and Mike bring out the best in those around them. They take the time to develop others, live our Core Values every day and leave a lasting impression on their teams and communities.”

Jackson joined ABC Supply in 1994 as a district purchasing manager. He moved to Bradco in 1998, where he held inside sales and sales leadership roles, including commercial sales management. He was promoted to assistant manager in 2006 and named branch manager of the Malvern location in 2008. He returned to ABC Supply in 2010 through the company’s acquisition of Bradco. Jackson has earned several company recognitions, including:

• Named managing partner in 2011
• Inducted into ABC Supply’s President’s Club in 2014
• Led the Malvern branch to 15 consecutive Center of the Year recognitions at the Gold, Platinum and Diamond levels, including repeated Diamond-level honors
• His teams earned sales champion recognition in 2022 and customer satisfaction recognition in 2011.

Ford joined ABC Supply in 1988 as a warehouse associate in Midland, Texas. He advanced through sales and branch management roles, later leading multiple Texas locations, including Midland and Dallas. He also supported regional growth by overseeing satellite locations in San Angelo, Odessa and Abilene. Today, he leads as Southwest Region operations manager. Highlights from Ford’s career at ABC Supply include:

• Named Manager of the Year in 1995  
• Inducted into ABC Supply’s President’s Club in 1998  
• Led the Midland branch to nine Center of the Year honors between 1993–2000 and 2011–2020, including Gold, Platinum and Diamond level distinctions  
• Earned multiple safety, performance and customer satisfaction awards during his leadership tenure  
• Held the role of managing partner from 2013–2021
