FlashCo has announced the addition of two seasoned sales professionals to bolster its regional coverage and customer service capabilities.

The company recently hired Oscar Castaneda as sales representative for the Southwest-South Region and Tanner Swayne as sales representative for the Central-South Region, bringing a combined 26 years of industry experience to the FlashCo team.

Castaneda joins FlashCo with a 17-year track record in sales, account management, and program management across multiple industries. In his new role, he will oversee FlashCo’s Southwest-South Region, which encompasses Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.

Prior to joining FlashCo, Castaneda served as an outside sales representative for Foundation Building Materials in San Bernardino, Calif., where he honed his expertise in building lasting client relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Leadership from the University of Arizona.

Swayne brings nine years of specialized roofing industry sales experience to his new position with FlashCo. He will manage the Central-South Region, covering Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Most recently, Swayne served as territory manager for the Houston, Texas, branch of Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply, where he demonstrated his ability to drive growth in competitive markets. His career began as a sales manager for Blue Sky Roofing before advancing to outside sales representative at RSI Roofing and later into territory management with Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply.

Based in Sonoma County, California, FlashCo has grown to be one of the largest manufacturers of roof flashings and accessories in North America, operating 10 plant locations across the U.S.
