Kingspan Rebrands EPS with Aeroroof, Aerowall, Aeroslab
New brand structure simplifies product selection across roofing, wall, and structural insulation applications.

Kingspan Insulation North America has unveiled a streamlined naming structure for its expanded polystyrene (EPS) product line. Now organized under Aeroroof, Aerowall, Aeroslab, and Aerobloc, the refreshed portfolio simplifies product selection for contractors, designers, and engineers while emphasizing application-specific performance, sustainability, and reliability.
Aeroroof encompasses Kingspan’s Flute Fillers, Tapered EPS Boards, and the highly adaptable Holeyboard. Flute Fillers, designed for standing seam metal roof systems, are lightweight, moisture-resistant, and easy to customize for project-specific needs. They deliver consistent R-value and dimensional stability and are made with nearly 20% recycled content. The product is also 100% recyclable.
Tapered EPS boards provide moisture resistance and application-specific compressive strength, making them effective for high-traffic roof installations. Used over structural roof decks, they offer positive drainage, and help prevent ponding in low-slope roofing systems. Holey Board is a lightweight EPS solution for insulating concrete applications. Customizable in size, thickness, and profile, it helps reduce structural deadload and improve efficiency. Free of CFC and HFC blowing agents, Holey Board also supports environmentally responsible construction.
Aerowall features Siding BackerBoard, available in a wide range of sizes, densities, and thicknesses. It offers stable thermal performance over its lifespan and is engineered to meet or exceed ASTM C578, Type I standards. With water absorption under 4% by volume, it resists mold, rot, and decay. Easy to cut and install, it is a versatile choice for siding underlayment and insulation.
Aeroslab includes the A-ONE System, an easy-to-use insulated concrete forming (ICF) system that provides a building system with insulation and thermal mass built right in. A-ONE walls provide high R-value, reduce thermal bridging, and can be finished in any architectural style. Its reversible interlock ensures proper alignment and a tight insulation seal, while heavy-duty corner brackets and integrated wire clips simplify installation. Designed for use above or below grade, A-ONE meets ICC standards for high wind regions and suits residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
Also, under Aeroslab is GeoFoam, a lightweight engineered fill used in transportation and civil infrastructure applications to reduce loads, mitigate settlement, and resist environmental stressors such as frost heave and permafrost thaw. GeoFoam is currently being used in the construction of Miami’s new athletic stadium and surrounding development, demonstrating its performance in large-scale, high-profile projects.
Aerobloc provides a high-quality packaging solution, protecting insulation products of all kinds from damage, moisture and environmental exposure. This includes AeroBloc EPS packaging, customized to precisely fit products for in-transit protection with low weight and shipping costs.
“This reorganization under Aeroroof, Aerowall, Aeroslab and Aerobloc makes it easier for contractors, designers, and engineers to specify the right EPS solution for each application while reinforcing Kingspan’s commitment to product performance and clarity,” said Billy Conry, senior director of Building Solutions. “By aligning our product names with their core functions, we’re helping simplify decision-making on the job site while continuing to deliver the same reliable, high-performance materials our customers count on.”
