This helped propel our financial performance and will continue to enhance future performance as well.”
This year will be: “We forecast 2018 to be an even stronger year for Legacy Restoration financially,” Topel said. “Significant backlog and increasing new location performance should greatly enhance our revenue and bottom line performance not only in 2018 but for years to come as we add new markets.”
What steps has your company taken in the last year to get new work and/or increase productivity?: Topel said Legacy has made substantial investments in training for both operations and sales.
“We implemented several improvement initiatives through our SOPs in sales, operations and job processing,” she said. “We have hired additional sales professionals to increase focus on multi-unit residential properties. Legacy has also made investments in marketing and public relations as well in an effort in increase brand awareness and market share. Doing this has allowed us to win awards and drive additional business.”
