Last year was: “Our performance in 2017 was consistent with projections, which were rather aggressive,” said Sue Stricklin, senior vice president of marketing. “We’ve been fortunate to have experienced year-over-year growth in the past, which is a trend we don’t expect to change in the near future given plans to continue expansion of our product line and geographic footprint as demand dictates.”
This year will be: “We have high expectations for 2018, especially with our planned entry into several new regions in the U.S. and the formal launch of our new commercial roof replacement system, which extensive product testing shows to be a superior alternative to single-ply systems because of its ability to eliminate the failure points commonly associated with them,” Stricklin said.
What steps has your company taken in the last year to get new work and/or increase productivity? “In addition to expanding our product line and geographic footprint, we’ve made significant strides in increasing sales opportunities over the past year by implementing new digital marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies, as well as undergoing a complete overhaul of our website,” Stricklin said. “We also worked diligently to earn the renewal of our company-wide ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification that covers the manufacturing, installation and service of high-quality, resistant coating formulations and materials for building, construction and specialty applications.”
