US LBM has acquired Milton Truss of Florida, expanding its Southeast truss manufacturing network. Milton Truss will operate under Raymond Building Supply, enhancing service to Florida and southern Alabama.
Georgia Truss designs, manufacturers and supplies roof and floor truss components to contractors, developers and multifamily, commercial and residential builders in the Atlanta area.
The new 25,000-square-foot truss facility operates one roof truss line and one floor truss line and uses computerized saws and technology for accurate truss set up and profiles.
Simpson Strong-Tie has recently acquired the majority of the assets of Automatic Stamping, LLC. and Automatic Stamping Auxiliary Services, LLC. to launch its truss plate offering.
