National Women in Roofing saw more than 450 of its members attending its seventh annual NWiR Days, held Feb. 4-5 in Las Vegas prior to the International Roofing Expo.
Throughout the day, more than 40 educational sessions were held to provide attendees with everything from hands-on demonstrations of roofing materials to talks on leadership, self-improvement and fostering an inclusive environment.
The energy was palpable, from people complimenting speakers on a job well done to the oft-repeated "nice you meet you" as new connections were formed.
It's an event where you truly had to be there, but that didn't stop us from capturing the energy and fun of the day with this photo gallery.
