Simon Roofing, Phenx Machine Learning Technologies Form Strategic Partnership

Using ‘AI’ to power innovation processes within Simon to enhance customer experience, gain efficiencies

Mason, Ohio-based Phenx Machine Learning Technologies, an AI solutions firm outside Cincinnati, announced a strategic partnership with Simon Roofing, a commercial roofing concern based in Youngstown, Ohio, near the Pennsylvania border.

In an October 10 news release announcing the collaboration, Phenx Machine Learning said the alliance is designed to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into business operations at Simon, including estimation, customer support, and various other operational segments.

Simon Roofing, a family-owned enterprise founded in 1900, has a storied history of commercial roofing excellence, having grown from a single outlet serving local needs to becoming a national concern with 66 offices nationwide. The company has appeared on and off in Roofing Contractor’s Top 100 List, last appearing at No. 16 in 2018.

In the statement, Phenx explained how it plans to interweave its AI solutions into Simon Roofing's generations of “expertise and commitment to customer service” to “elevate commercial roofing,” collaborating closely using machine learning to optimize estimation processes, enhance customer interactions, and streamline various business segments.
