JOPLIN, Mo. — Rick the Roofer’s national roadshow is headed west for a series of customer appreciation events at TAMKO Building Products Inc. warehouses. 

Rick the Roofer, also known as TAMKO Field Sales Training Manager Rick Taylor, kicked off his first-ever national tour of contractor and distributor events in July at the TAMKO corporate headquarters in Joplin, Missouri. 

The customer appreciation events will feature free food, TAMKO gear giveaways and product demonstrations. During the events, contractors can learn time saving techniques that can help improve the profitability of their business, see the latest products in action, receive hands-on training, see preferred installation methods and gain access to sales tools, business resources and exclusive contractor programs. 

These Western District events will be hosted by TAMKO’s warehouses in Denver, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah. The events are open to existing TAMKO customers, as well as contractors, builders and distributors interested in learning more about TAMKO products. 

“Roofing isn’t limited to one area of the country, and neither am I,” Rick said. “I’m hoping to see some familiar faces at these events, but always have room to welcome new friends too.”

Events at the TAMKO Denver Warehouse will be held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12; and 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at 5300 E. 43rd Avenue in Denver.  

Events at the TAMKO Salt Lake City Warehouse will be held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, and 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 1822 South 4130 West in Salt Lake City.
