January 14, 2016
FORT WORTH, Texas -- Ramon Franklin LLC, nationally-acclaimed building envelope contractor, announced growth plans that include opening offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa as well as the naming of veteran commercial contractor Denver Green President and Chief Operating Officer.

The announcement was made by Michael Franklin, Chief Executive Officer, who co-founded the company in 2010.  "Ramon Franklin has a solid track record of meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.  We know that the economy in the mid-south states is booming, and we are poised to grow with our customers," said Franklin.  "Denver and I are enthusiastic.  We understand the critical nature of our work and are mobilizing with the best talent and processes in our field."

Ramon Franklin installs premium commercial roofing, architectural sheet metal, aluminum composite panels, and insulated metal wall panels for a variety of commercial building envelopes.   The company has acquired the highly-skilled and proven waterproofing division of Saratoga Roofing & Construction, LLP as part of Saratoga's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

"I am excited to be an equity stakeholder in Ramon Franklin and to join Michael in moving this solid company to the next level," said Green, who brings a unique set of operations and management skills to the company.   "Most of our current employees are the same workers who have been completing jobs for Michael and me over the years.   We count on them to produce the highest quality work, day after day, week after week."

Ramon Franklin currently employs approximately 150 persons out of its three offices; Fort Worth, Texas, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK. Its market area is Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.

"We will be changing our company's name and branding our organization to reflect our joint commitment to quality, innovation and integrity," said Franklin.  "We are high-energy professionals with can-do attitudes.  Our past experiences guide us in managing growth.  Now is the time to build our company."
